During these spiritual sessions with like-minded souls, you will learn how to engage in spiritual ceremony for personal protection, powerful connection and healing transformation. You will then embark on a soul journey with the help of a guided meditation to one of the etheric Temples to receive profound sacred healing.


Ashtanga Yoga

Practice Ashtanga Yoga with us to re-energise, become more flexible and feel mentally calm.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing exercise Yoga style, a modern form of classical Indian Yoga. This style synchronises breath with energetic movements, where the postures (asanas) are linked together by flowing movements (vinyasas).

Cecilia, our Yoga Instructor, has been teaching Yoga for 7 years and practising it for > 20 years: "I love the Ashtanga method because it teaches me to work with my limitations, not just physically but also mentally and emotionally."

Qi (life force energy) Gong (cultivation or work) is an ancient form of self-healing that originated > 5,000 years ago in China, which later branched into Tai Chi and Yoga. Qigong involves generating a series of body postures through continuous movement with synchronised breathing - a moving meditation to help you reach a deeply calm and relaxed state of mind to promote self-healing.
