Effective reconciliation through mediation

A mediator is a neutral and impartial facilitator who helps individuals, families, communities, or organizations resolve conflicts peacefully and constructively.

The mediator’s purpose is not to judge, impose solutions, or take sides, but to guide parties toward understanding, truth, and mutual agreement.

Mediation assists in facilitating peaceful conflict resolution between diverse parties (e.g. loving partners, disgruntled neighbours, friends, work colleagues, family members) that have a dispute for an overall constructive restorative justice and win/win outcome for all.

Each party has value and will have equal time and opportunity to express their side of the story without interruption, in fairness, and in a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment.

The mediator’s role is also to help find suitable remedy for harm, to assist with reconciling relationships, and to restore peace and harmony via an agreed action plan.
