RETURNS POLICY
1. Eligibility
Timeframe
Returns are allowed within 30 calendar days from the purchase date for defective or expired products.
Condition of Items
Any returned items will need to be in their original, re-saleable condition with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached.
Proof of Purchase
A receipt, bank statement, or other evidence of purchase will be required.
Exceptions
Some items may be excluded from the return policy, such as items with hygiene seals or personalized items.
2. Return Options
Refunds
We offer refunds for returned items, either to the original payment method or as a store credit.
Exchanges
Due to the customised nature of the products, exchanges are not accepted.
3. Return Process
In-store Returns
We may allow returns to be made at our physical location.
Return Shipping
For online purchases, returns may be made by mail, with the customer member typically responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Legal Obligations
Consumer Guarantees Act (New Zealand)
This Act provides certain rights for consumers if a product is faulty or not of acceptable quality according to Consumer NZ.
Major vs. Minor Faults
The Act differentiates between major and minor faults. For major faults, consumers may have the option of a refund or replacement, while minor faults may be repaired or replaced by the vendor.
5. Additional Considerations
Restocking Fees
We may consider charging a restocking fee for returns, especially if items are not in their original condition or if the return is for a "change of mind".
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer member, particularly for change of mind returns.
"Final Sale" Items:
Items sold as “reduced”, "clearance", or with a "final sale" designation may not be eligible for return.
GIFT VOUCHER POLICY
Please note that when one of our gift vouchers is bought, both the purchaser and the recipient are subject to this policy. Before you buy a gift voucher, you should ensure to check the relevant terms and conditions. The gift voucher has an expiry of 3 months from the date of purchase, as clearly indicated on the front of the voucher. If the issuer of the gift voucher changes or goes out of business, it could be possible for the gift voucher to become unusable. The recipient of the gift voucher is fully responsible for ensuring to use it before its expiry date. If the gift voucher becomes expired, NatuneHeal is under no legal obligation to honour it. Our company reserves the exclusive right to extend the expiry date of a gift voucher and will not be liable for the loss of the gift voucher. If you have involuntarily gone past the expiry date without using your gift voucher, we may consider extending it for a specified period on a case by case basis, depending on the circumstances. Our Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable. Resale is not valid. If the gift voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used by an unauthorised person, we are unable to replace it for you.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We wish to advise you that cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least the day before your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to meet this requirement, or you do not show up to your appointment or provide us with a reasonable explanation, we may need to charge you a cancellation fee (or redeem your voucher, when applicable). If we need to reschedule your appointment due to unexpected circumstances, we will endeavour to let you know before hand.
